As we opened more locations, our total operational footprint grew by about 6%. That’s the reality of scaling. But here’s the stat we’re actually proud of: Like-for-like emissions per night dropped by 55%. Essentially, we’re growing the family, but each individual "Bob" is becoming significantly leaner and greener than the year before.

LEGIT - A smarter way to measure impact.
LEGIT (Lodging Emissions & Guest‑night Impact Tracker), which we built with Furthr, goes beyond the usual ways of measuring hotel carbon. It captures the full environmental footprint of a stay, including energy, water, waste, and everything from the furniture to the small things in your room. Unlike older methods that only look at one thing like energy use, LEGIT measures all relevant emissions per guest night. This gives us and you a clear, transparent view of our impact so we can all make better decisions.

At Bob W, every night counts, not just for you, but for the planet, too.
Across our aparthotels, a typical stay leaves just 5.4 kg CO₂e per night, well below the European hotel average of ~12 kg CO₂e per night.
That’s thanks to 100 % renewable electricity, energy‑saving innovations, and careful monitoring of everything from heating and lighting to water and waste.
On top of that, we fully offset every stay and support impactful reforestation projects, including 2,774 tree-planting birthdays last year. Because at Bob W, “sustainable stay” isn’t marketing fluff, it’s part of how we treat this planet like we treat our apartments: with real care.

This year, we’ve been laying the groundwork for something big: B.Green, our in-house sustainability framework designed to guide every Bob W property toward a lighter footprint and a more responsible stay. Built on respected international eco-standards and shaped by our own commitment to practical action, B.Green brings together clear criteria, transparent progress, and everyday innovation. It’s still in development, but the journey is underway, and we’re building it together.
